By using our website or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. DEFINITIONS
- “We”, “us”, “our” – Harrier Services Ltd
- “You”, “your” – the customer using our website or booking our services
- “Services” – all cleaning services provided by us, including window cleaning, gutter clearing, pressure washing, domestic cleaning, commercial cleaning, and add‑ons
- “Subcontractor” – a self‑employed cleaning professional engaged by us to deliver services on our behalf
- “Booking” – a confirmed order for services
3. USE OF THIS WEBSITE
3.1
The content on this website is for general information and booking purposes only. We try to keep prices and descriptions accurate, but they may change.
3.2
You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our written permission.
3.3
We are not responsible for any technical issues, viruses, or downtime that may affect your use of the site.
4. QUOTES AND BOOKINGS
4.1
All quotes are provided on a fixed‑price basis, either through our online form, WhatsApp, phone, or email. Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date they are issued.
4.2
A booking is confirmed when you accept our quote in writing (email, message, or form) and we acknowledge receipt. We will then issue a booking confirmation.
4.3
Any changes to the scope of work after booking must be agreed in writing and may affect the price.
5. PRICING AND PAYMENT
5.1
All prices are fixed for the services described in your quote. Any additional work requested on the day will be quoted separately and must be agreed before we proceed.
5.2
Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date, by bank transfer (BACS), unless otherwise agreed. For first‑time customers, we may request full or partial payment in advance.
5.3
Late payments may incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate, calculated daily.
6. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
6.1
You may cancel or reschedule a booking without charge if you notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
6.2
Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a fee of 30% of the total booked value.
6.3
We reserve the right to reschedule due to severe weather, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances. We will give you as much notice as possible and offer an alternative date.
7. SERVICE DELIVERY
7.1
We will provide the services on the agreed date and time. All work is carried out to a professional standard by experienced, insured operatives.
7.2
Before‑and‑after photos will be taken for quality control and as proof of work. These photos may be used anonymously for portfolio or marketing purposes unless you object in writing.
8. SUBCONTRACTORS
8.1
We engage self‑employed subcontractors to carry out cleaning work on our behalf. All subcontractors are vetted, insured, and contractually bound to our quality standards and these Terms.
8.2
The subcontractor assigned to your job may vary, but we ensure all operatives are suitably skilled for the work they perform.
9. YOUR OBLIGATIONS
9.1
You must provide our operatives with safe, unobstructed access to all areas to be cleaned. This includes access to an external water supply where needed.
9.2
You must inform us of any hazards, fragile surfaces, or areas that require special care before work begins.
9.3
If we cannot gain access on the day, or if the property poses a health and safety risk, we may cancel the booking and the cancellation fee in section 6.2 will apply.
